"Excellent service. Hotel is an old castle which made for a unique experience but some design quirks do not translate into modern conveniences. We had a patio and would’ve been thoughtful to have lounge furniture, it just had a bistro table and two chairs."

"Lovely old villa located in the midst of the grape vines just outside Canelli. Gated (electric) entrance with plenty of parking inside the wall. Beautiful views across the valley with vineyards, hazelnut trees, and a local flock of sheep! Tricky 1.5 km drive up a narrow road with lots of twists and turns to get to the villa, but you get used to it after a day or two! Diane and Brian were excellent hosts and most gracious, very willing to answer all our questions, make recommendations, and help out as needed. A wonderful 2 week stay in the middle of the Piedmont region."
