"Excellent location. Great pools. Good breakfast and great staff at breakfast. Also very good live music on Sunday afternoon.
Just a few suggestions to go from good to great.
Poolside attendant was missing on Saturday evening, once called, he was there for service, but one feels he should’ve been there anyways.
Late night menu at restaurant was very limited, the next late night, we ordered room service and the menu was excellent.
Didn’t understand exactly why the restaurant menu at the same...

"Some members of staff are pretty good but others need some training. Pool bar is a bit of a joke - ask for a sprite they go to the restaurant for it. Ask again there is none - so went to the restaurant and obtained a sprite!!! Joke.
Hotel is far to noisy - from 5am onwards staff banging about (every day). It is clean however and pool area is very useful. Overall wouldnt stay again."
