Nice, secluded property!

5 stars! Nice property. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed the privacy of the property, yet not too far from daily conveniences! Beautiful Asheville just down the road!

Annual reunion 25

The house was perfect! We had separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and the area is very private and quiet. The game room was a hit and the views from the dining area were spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking utensils. The drive to Biltmore was easy and to downtown Asheville. Grocery store and gas were not far away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Boys Weekend

The house was fantastic! Plenty of space and outstanding accommodations. The game room and outdoor area were perfect for our group. Roughly 15-20 minutes from downtown Asheville. We will definitely consider this property again for future trips.

Perfect House for Asheville visit

The house was better than expected. The kitchen was very well equipped an organized. We had more than enough beach towels and bath towels for our stay. We used the game room every night and loved the hot tub. I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Smokey Mountain home!

My daughter and her friends chose this property for their girls' senior trip this year. We were within 20 minutes of most activities they chose and loved the quiet, beautiful location. The house was filled with activities to keep them happy when we weren't out exploring. Everyone had an amazing time!

New Year’s Family Visit

We had 10 adults. The house was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses. Everything worked. Hot tub was fabulous. The views from the house are spectacular. We enjoyed a visit to the Biltmore. Downtown Asheville was wonderful. A great trip for everyone.

Spectacular Property

This property has everything anyone could want in a vacation property. Tons of room, lots of places to get time alone and large, comfy communal spaces. It is furnished with anything you could need and lots of “extra touches.” We really enjoyed the game room and the outdoor spaces. Just an incredible experience for our family.

Great Home For Family

Our stay was great. The kitchen has so many supplies, almost like being at home. We baked a cake! The views from the dining room were spectacular. And we loved hanging out in the game room together all weekend long. The fire pit area outside was a great place to make s’mores and hang out under the stars. This location was a great spot to access Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Perfect for a Bachelorette Trip!

We had so much fun on a bachelorette trip! Slept 12 very comfortably with multiple sitting areas that everyone was able to be together. Property was beautiful! Around a 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville. We had a bus come pick us up and drop off at the house for a night out and it was perfect! This was the perfect house to hang out in for the day with plenty to do!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

My family -7 adults and 6 children under the age of 6 spent Thanksgiving holiday here. We had a wonderful time! The house is huge- so spacious - clean, organized and very comfortable for our group. The grounds also offered so much for us to do with all of our littles- we really never had to leave. Before we left the owners were very accessible for any questions- it was a perfect holiday for us to spend somewhere other than our home and still feel at home.

AMAZING FAMILY GET AWAY

Our stay at Whisky Way was simply amazing! Our group of twelve, ranging from an infant to an 85-year-old, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub, game room (especially the Pac-Man machine), and fire pit provided endless entertainment. We loved gathering for card games at the enormous kitchen table and having movie nights on the spacious sectional. The house is both peaceful and secluded, yet conveniently located just minutes from a gym and grocery store. We would definitely return to this fantastic retreat!

Fall wedding extended weekend

Our family gathered at the property to stay in candler to be there for my daughters wedding at the Farm in Candler. The view from the family room is stunning. All of the amenities in the home provided a comfortable stay. We took advantage of the game room, hot tub and fire pit. My elderly mother says this is the most incredible home she has ever stayed in.

Birthday Celebration

This place is a gem. Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance necessary. The house is spacious allowing 7 adults and 2 children room enough for privacy, and the game room was a huge hit for everyone. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I had a few questions and was answered in minutes. Great view. I highly recommend The Whiskey Way Inn.

4th of July getaway

A week at Whiskey Way was perfect for our group of 11 - 3 generations of family - three couples and 5 kids. With 5 bedrooms, each couple had a king bed and the bunk room and queen bedroom accommodated all the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and more supplies than we were expecting. There was so much to do in our down time - pool, foosball, pinball, game table, hot tub, fire pit, theatre room. We especially appreciated having three refrigerators as we cooked nearly every night.

Absolutely amazing!

Completely perfect for our party of 10 + dogs!! Convenient to Asheville with ample privacy and so much space at the house. Drew was very easy and quick to communicate with. The driveway is a little steep (but has been recently paved) and I would recommend you get there the first time with daylight left. So much at this property to keep the kids in our party busy and plenty of both communal and private spaces within the house. Definitely would stay again!

A beautiful and serene mountain stay

Our group loved staying in this beautiful property. We were there for a horse show, and there was plenty of room for us, along with lots of different and awesome community spaces. The KITCHEN was so well put together, we all agreed that a chef must own this home -- we had everything we needed! The downstairs fun area kept us all enjoying our time away from the show. Thanks again for an enjoyable home away from home! The couple of times we needed to reach out to the property management team, they responded right away and were extremely helpful.

Lovely home

Everyone enjoyed the house. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing the listing didnt memtion was that that the game room was not cooled or heated. The main room air conditioner was not working so that room was a bit warm. We liked that the property had a gas grill. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a pool. I know in the mountains you woukdnt get very many months to use it. We would go back to this place. Management was very nice and accommodating.

Spectacular spacious home!

Everyone was extremely pleased with this beautiful home. The great room of glass with a magnificent view was spectacular. Room and private space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything even a gourmet chef could appreciate. The decor was tasteful and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the game room. That was the big hit of the house. My only regret was that we couldn’t spend an additional week there to relax and unwind after the wedding. Thank you for providing us a beautiful home and being so quick to respond to my questions. Wonderful Stay in the Mountains!!

This home exceeded my expectations. It is great for a large extended family or multiple families. The view is amazing and the fireflies do not disappoint. It is very clean and roomy! Owners went above and beyond to provide everything needed - from garbage bags to ingredients to make S’mores. We stayed a week and we didn’t want to leave! Most organized kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental property. The game room is outstanding. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The large dining table was a feature that I truly enjoyed. We cooked most meals there and it was so nice to have everyone sitting around 1 table. So much to do in the area that I needed more days to enjoy the hot tub and home theatre room. The hot tub was clean and situated where you could enjoy the view. We made S’mores in the fire pit- plenty of wood provided. We used the grill quite a bit too. This house checks all the boxes and I’d love to return. Thank you for a great property.

Wonderful Mountain Views. Spacious family gathering area. The dining table was perfect and we spent a lot of time in the game room as well. Something for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable! Loved the grounds - you feel the mountains and also perfect for playing Bocce Ball; plenty of seating around the fire-pit. This place is fabulous! We made some great memories here!

This was the perfect property for a friend reunion. It has all the amenities needed and offers separate spaces to allow smaller groups to breakoff for conversation and relaxation. We loved the fire pits, the tv room, the large dining room table, the great room and of course the game room! This was one of my best rentals!

Whiskey Way is a beautiful location. It was roomy and comfy for a week with our extended family. The house is kept in excellent condition and, while it could use some fresh paint in a few places, the attentive service staff cared for everything from the landscaping to the hot tub.
