THE ESTATE
Aprisco de Candeleda is a country estate with a beautiful house rented in full in the village of Candeleda, Ávila. A haven of peace in the Tiétar valley, at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos. Built on 7,000 m² of meadow, where you can rest and disconnect in the middle of nature, surrounded by fruit trees.
A cemented lane leads right up to the house. The estate is less than two hours from Madrid and one kilometre from the village, making it ideal for a weekend getaway or long, peaceful stays all year round.

THE HOUSE
Built with thick walls of river stones from the mountain streams, this 230 m² house, rented in full, was renovated by an interior designer who fell in love with the place and took care of every detail so that guests feel at home.
You cook while sharing a glass of wine and a good conversation. The open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room are made for enjoying together as a group. A beautiful covered porch with a dining area and a summer lounge invites you to enjoy breakfast in the shade, poolside meals and summer nights.
Inside, 5 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds designed for rest share 4 beautiful, comfortable bathrooms: three bedrooms with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with a sofa bed.
