"The owners were exceptionally polite. The beds were so very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were terrific. We felt very welcome. There was a little language barrier but using translator with them worked perfectly. We wanted to see the real parts of Spain, this was the adventure we wanted. I recommend renting car and travel the differ cities. This hotel is definitely a 10."

"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. The kitchen had flimsy Ikea stuff that looked like it could fall apart any minute. The...

"We had an excellent stay at Valdepalacios. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. The surroundings are also stunning, and the bike ride to spot deer is a must. We would definitely come back!"
