"We spent two nights at La Covacha in July and it was an excellent Casa Rural. The owner greeted us and she gave us a lot of good information and amongst other things good directions for two walking trips with fantastic bathing opportunities in the Gargantas. The pool was nice and so was the mini pond with frogs. The large room was clean and breakfast was good as well."

The room was basic but clean, the staff were young and enthusiastic and the checkout was quick and problem free. "With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any."
