A mess

I booked this property for vacation for myself, friends and family, but when going to check in we were not allowed to check in nor could I het in contact with the host, after finally getting in contact with the host I was informed that she no longer had the property yet ypu guys still had it listed, after getting in contact with you guys about this mishap we were given the runaround and not fairly compensated or taken care of well, it was very unprofessional and did not appreciate how we were treated
