Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club
The swimming pool was not crystal clear but they have the option to use all the amenities in the beach club at the Krystal’s hotel in the beach. We were out of hot water for half a day and running water by a couple hours. It was a bit disappointing that the hotel didn’t apologize.

Eco-Hotel El Rey del Caribe
This is a little gem in the city, everything was a positive. As a solo traveler I felt safe, the pool was clean, I even did a yoga class on the roof that was extremely challenging but made me feel refreshed. would go back in a heartbeat
