Les Chouettes

Spacious and comfortable with a large garden, the villa Les Chouettes of 220m2 welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. This house is ideally located, in a quiet area, in the center of Cancale, which allows you to do everything on foot: shopping, beaches, access to hiking trails, to the port of the swell and its restaurants and oyster markets. Les Chouettes is therefore an ideal base to visit Cancale and its surroundings, and spend an exceptional moment.

The interiors of my villa :
DAYROOM
Bathed in light and open to the garden, the living room, with a surface area of approximately 55m2, invites you to share convivial moments. On one side, the dining room has a rustic spirit with its rich cherry wood furniture. On the living room side, two spaces are offered to you: the TV corner in the extension of the dining room with its two sofas. The other one in the veranda with a completely open view on the garden to spend relaxing moments and well-being.
The kitchen, semi-open, is fully equipped to allow you to concoct good dishes.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, two large living spaces have been created. One is dedicated to games and reading, the other one, with its offices in a row, is an ideal place to telework.
NIGHT NOOK
The villa Les Chouettes has four large bedrooms all equipped with double beds (140 x 190) and several storage spaces. The first bedroom is on the first floor. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor.
SANITARY SPACES
The villa has two bathrooms, one on the first floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility, the other on the first floor. They are both equipped with a piece of furniture with a basin and an Italian shower. There are 2 independent toilets: one on the first floor, the other on the first floor.

The large garden is fully fenced and nicely wooded. On the large gravel terrace you can have your meals in peace or enjoy the deckchairs to lounge. A barbecue is also at your disposal.

What you should know about the villa Les Chouettes :
- Household linen is at the expense of the holidaymaker for stays of less than 7 nights: 20€ per double bed used - 7 € per person for towels (1 large and 1 small towel / person)
- A member of our team will be there to welcome you on your arrival and make sure you have a pleasant stay on your departure.
