La Petite Cancalaise is sure to seduce you with its pretty, private garden and its cosy, relaxing interior. Located in Cancale, in a quiet environment, it offers all the comfort to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends. It is an ideal base to discover Cancale and its surroundings. On foot, you will have access to the shops (1 KM) and the beaches (between 1 and 2.5 KM)!

DAYROOM :
As soon as you walk through the front door, you will feel at home in La P'tite Cancalaise. On the ground floor, three pretty rooms are harmoniously arranged. The kitchen, with its blue and white tones, is warm and invites you to prepare delicious meals for your family. Spacious and independent, it is fully equipped and has direct access to the garden.
The living room has all the criteria for cocooning: natural colours combined with wooden furniture and comfortable sofas. You will only want to settle in after a day of sightseeing or beach. A bar also invites you to share convivial moments. In the colder months, you can enjoy a cosy fire in the large fireplace (wood not provided).
The dining room is no less charming with its blue and white decoration, which also reminds of the seaside atmosphere. With its long wooden table and benches, it is the perfect place to share your meals.

NIGHT NOOK :
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, all with storage space. One has a 160 X 200 bed and a television. A smaller bedroom with 1 or 2 single beds (90x140) is located in the same room, ideal for two children. The third bedroom is equipped with a bed 140 X 190, and the last one with 2 beds 90 X 190.

THE EXTERIORS
La P'tite cancalaise has a very nice exterior of about 700 m2 facing south. The pretty garden is planted with trees and entirely fenced off from view. Garden furniture and deckchairs await you!

BATHROOM AND SANITARY FACILITIES
You will have a large bathroom located on the first floor with a bathtub and toilet. Another independent toilet is located on the ground floor.

What you should know about the house la p'tite Cancalaise :
- The house is semi-detached on each side, but without opposite, very intimate garden.
- The shops in the centre of the village and the supermarket are 1 km away.
- Parking for 4 cars is possible outside in front of the house, on the garden side
- Linen is optional for stays of 13 nights or less: 18 € per person (the linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person). For stays of 14 nights or more, the linen is included in the rental (except tea towels).
- One of our staff will be there to welcome you on arrival and make sure you have a pleasant stay on departure.
- The house is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals - Archipel Evasion - registered with Atout France under number IM972130002 and holding an APST financial guarantee. - A deposit of 400 € by bank pre-authorisation will be requested one week before your arrival.
