Only small dogs are allowed; no other pets. Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel rental, are available for an extra fee. Enjoy a peaceful moment in the shared garden and a terrace with the rest of the residence, while respecting the tranquility of the area and neighbors.



On the first level, you'll find an entrance with a WC, a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, and an exceptional sea view. The living room features a memory foam sofa bed that converts into two sleeping spaces.



Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with a sea view. A second small bedroom offers a single bed (80x200) that can be converted into a double (160x200). The bathroom has a shower and a WC.



A travel cot is available on request. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a fenced garden with terrace, a washing machine, a dryer, and a bike storage area.



Small dogs are accepted on request, provided they are well-behaved and clean.
