8.2/10 Very good! (1,572 reviews)
Simply put this was an awfully maintained Hotel. I hate to say it but it was. The bathroom had evidence of mold. The couch in our room had holes in the upholstery. The window shade had stains. The dresser drawers were dirty. We found a cockroach in our room. When I called the front desk about it they could not move us to a new room. They just offered to check the room for more and refunded my parking. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Sparse towels were as dirty as shop rags. No shampoo or other basics. Toilet paper had about 1/8 of a roll. I didn't even want to take a shower Food scraps were still around the microwave. Manager was not present when I arrived. Air conditioner worked okay and the TV had movie channels. Next time ..."
