"A very cute little cottage with lovely kitchen and bathroom! I appreciated the peace and quiet too. It was a very convenient for me as my son, whom I was visiting, lives 10 minutes away. Some minor suggestions: 1. The tub and shower were wonderful. Add a dependable grip bar (about 2 or 3 feet long and parallel to the floor at about waist level) to insure no injuries. Add it right under the window. 2. Add more window covering in the kitchen to improve privacy. 3. Add a little more lighting in...

"The place was great, except for too-too soft couch. . . the bath tub was lovely. My c/o is that the code to open the gate to the property was not posted anywhere in 'the welcome' packet. . ..I called the onset manager who was prompt, gave me the code, we both looked @ my emails = no code. He just kept saying 'this has never happened before' which I did not find helpful"

"This basement apartment was great and it's walkable from a really cute part of Dundee. There's no central air conditioning, just a poorly installed window unit, though and several bugs crawled in through the cracks. I'd definitely book it again in the cooler months though!"

"Great walkable neighborhood in between Hawthorne and Division. Restaurants, retail, vintage galore! A good 15 minute walk to the heart of both streets. The unit is clean, beautiful and amenity filled. We didn’t cook like we thought we would, but the full kitchen was great option to have and enjoyed the bathtub and in unit laundry. Very beautifully laid out and felt like we could stay there for weeks."

"We loved our stay! The owners are very communicative. They left us some food items so we wouldn't have to go immediately to the store -- they left milk, eggs, fruit, coffee and some other basic items. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for several people. The backyard was a great place to hangout. We will be coming back to stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The calm place on the river bank. It is clean, light and shadows, panoramic windows. All looks as expected. There was bad smell from bathroom and I can’t find the cause, but we closed the door and problem was almost solved. The location is good. You can visit Portland (0,5 hour) or city environs without traffic. Good restaurants and large grocery’s in 10 minutes drive."
