This is a very warm and cosy little 2 bedroom apartment. The Host Kevin, is very warm, friendly and welcoming and willing to assist you with any questions that you may have.
The apartment is very well looked after. A nice and cozy 2 bedroom apartment that is nicely set up and furnished will make u feel like you are at home away from your home. It is very clean, tidy and well maintained and is less than 2 Ks away from the Shopping Center and 3.5 Ks away from the main city.
The apartment offers all the basic amenities that you may need including free breakfast that is offered by the hosts.
Overall we had a pleasant and wonderful time staying at Kevin’s apartment and will surely stay there again in the future. This apartment will surely leave you with some good memories of your stay.

A very clean and brand new property. The owners have gone above and beyond ensuring they have thought of everything to make the apartment as comfortable and inviting as possible. The pool is the best in Canberra. We will definitely be back.
From the moment we booked this property Kevin was very communicative and professional (this continued throughout our stay).
A very modern, tidy and clean apartment which was perfect for a catch up weekend with friends.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms meant we could easily keep in our own space whilst there is also a small open plan lounge room and kitchen area.
Great location, not too far from anywhere!
Even though we only stayed at The Hamptons for one night we found communication with the owner, Kevin, was excellent as he was prepared to go out of his way to make our stay memorable.
The property was perfect for 5 of us and very comfortable.
The location to Canberra central was great as all you need to do is catch the light rail nearby and not have to worry about parking in town.
Overall I would highly recommend this property if are staying in Canberra.
The apartment was impeccable and immaculate. Our hosts were soooo accommodating in every way, our communications were effortless.
It was a very close drive to all the tourist destinations., plus food etc.

Saw this advertised after booking similar cheaper one nearby.Attracted by the headline feature of "heated rooftop pool with views" - decided to cancel our original reservation and book this one instead.
Our stay was for Friday night.Host made contact at the beginning of the week with detailed instructions regarding access.
Arrived at property on Friday afternoon and checked-in without issue.The apartment had obviously been freshly cleaned and was tidy.
We couldn't wait to have a swim so 3 of us decided to head to the pool,which we found easily thanks to the detailed host instructions.The pool location and views were as described.To our disapointment however,the pool water was freezing and it was not possible to even enter for a few minutes.
After returning to the apartment, I contacted the host who informed me that the pool heater was in fact "under maintenance this week".I asked why they hadn't contacted us prior to check in to let us know but did not receive a response to this.
Of note - on the way back to the apartment we met two permament residents and asked about the pool - they both reported that the pool is only heated during the winter months and that they had yet to receive a notification from building management that the pool heater had been turned on for the season yet.
Regardless of the reasons for the pool not heated - I expect the host was aware prior to our arrival and should have informed us, especially given this is advertised as the main USP of this property
