Good location but overpriced. At this price point and Airbnb offers better value. The room was tired looking and the bathroom looked clean but the presence of the previous occupants' hair on the sink and walls was not great. I can forgive the cockroach in the bathroom because Australia.

Nice hotel in a quiet part of Canberra, however, we did have noise when people decided to ride some e-scooters up and down the road right behind the hotel (and our bedroom window) late one evening - this obviously isn't the hotel's fault, but since it is placed in a residential area there can be neighbourhood noise. The room was clean and was serviced each day. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. There was only a bar fridge and a kettle in the room with some cups. No plates, bowls or cutlery other than spoons for stirring tea/coffee and no microwave, so we had to eat out for every meal.

Beds were comfy, shower great along with shampoo etc. Only downside for us was an outside light being on all night right outside our room and the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows. Otherwise would come back again.

The room had carpets that were soaked in one part of the room away from the bathroom or taps. It was clear they were aware of it as the second was pushed in front of the TV in front of the room. Due to this there was a musty smell in the room. The staff were notified but no action was taken and the place remained in the same condition. The parking area was full and we had to park illegally on the road overnight and move the vehicle.

Our room was a "Superior Twin Room, Multiple Beds". The room size was totally inadequate for a queen and single bed. There was only one seat (in a room containing 3 bed places. Three people in this room would have been an impossible situation. The bathroom, while very clean and modern, was totally inadequate due to it's tiny size. The modern taps gave no indication of hot and cold resulting in easy scalding. The TV remote control totally failed to operate most of the time, in spite of changing the batteries.

Hi Expedia customer service team, I like to complaint about this hotel because our room did not get clean and bedding was not done after the first night. I thought it wasn’t included but after i got home and I checked on your website it clearly mentioned house keeping. Also, we didn’t get a good sleep as the curtain in our room 209 was broken and it has a big hole and the room was very bright for us as the light outside of our window was on for the whole 2 nights of our stay. It clearly is not a 4 star hotel as it said Accor’s website. On your Expedia website, it indicated 3.5 which I trusted but am quite disappointed. Missing housekeeping is simply unprofessional. Please ask hotel for a partial refund for our disturbed sleep and lack of service. We are loyal customers of Accor and Expedia but this time we have to speak up. From disappointed customer. Look forward to hearing from your team.

The room was very clean and comfortable but I would definitely not rate it as 4 stars. There were holes in the bathroom roof and cracks in all the walls and bathroom tiles.

My stay in the room was generally okay, but there were a couple of significant drawbacks that affected my experience. Firstly, the neighboring room's occupants were extremely noisy throughout their stay. Their loud behavior when they arrived, returned from dinner, and departed in the morning significantly disrupted the tranquility of my stay and affected my ability to rest and relax. Secondly, the phone system in my room was not functioning, which made it challenging to communicate with the hotel staff or report the noise issue promptly. This lack of communication further compounded the problem and left me feeling frustrated and unable to address the situation effectively. On a positive note, the room itself was comfortable and met my basic needs, and the staff at the front desk seemed friendly during check-in. However, the noise disturbance and the non-functional phone system really dampened my overall experience. I understand that some disruptions are beyond the hotel's control, but I would have appreciated a more reliable communication system to promptly address any concerns during my stay. I hope the hotel management considers improving these aspects to enhance the experience of future guests
