  • Positioned on level six, this stylish apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, ideal for families, professionals and longer stays. Enjoy direct views of Telstra Tower from the private balcony, while double-glazed windows provide added comfort.

    You`ll also have access to the building`s swimming pool, BBQ area and secure parking, all within walking distance of Phillip and Woden Town Centre.

    BEDROOM
    The bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.

    BATHROOM
    The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to help you settle in. For longer stays, additional supplies may be required depending on usage.

    KITCHEN
    Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:

    • Crockery and cutlery

    A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

    Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

    Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.
