Perched on the eighth floor in the WOVA apartments, this new and neat two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Woden, with cafes, restaurants, shops & public transport on your doorstep.
There is a heated indoor pool, large sauna & gym in the complex, and a dedicated parking space for you to use.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and there are two reverse cycle A/Cs there.
This apartment boasts awesome views out to Black Mountain Tower.

This new apartment is fully set up for your stay- A/C to living area and main bedroom, two bathrooms, two bedrooms (King and Queen), fully equipped kitchen, balcony that overlooks Black Mountain tower.
There is also access to the facilities that are top notch - indoor pool, sauna, gym.

This apartment also comes with one underground car space (clearance is 2.2m).
