"Have stayed here on a few occasions, and have always had a great experience - however this time the room I was given (#16, which ironically has been the same room on at least 2 previous occasions) was riddled with small flying insects, No idea how they got in, (the door was only opened to enter and exit, not left open and the windows were all shut) but there were everywhere and attracted to the lights. There were hundreds and hundreds of them and the only way I could keep them out of the living area was to turn off all the lights and just leave the bathroom light on all night.. Otherwise, Comfy bed as always, AWESOME WiFi speeds 400+ Upload and 800+ Download), Good shower water pressure ( although shower head was very loose and leaked badly, but I repaired it with a spanner - Good as new.. Good sized towels too which makes a HUGE difference... "
