A brand new home on a new street, this is an ideal accommodation for big groups. The spacious living areas are of this stylish home are comprised of an open plan kitchen, large dining area, living area and lounge room. Five good sized bedrooms including master with en-suite ,Two baths and Two toilets (taking into account master ensuite, main bathroom and separate toilet). 5 minutes drive from Gungahlin town centre

Great stay in Throsby

A property well designed for large groups with 2 depart living areas. Easily accessible to all of the sights of Canberra.

Excellent Property with plenty of room.

There was a group of 7 of us and this property was perfect. It feels like your a long way out of town (Canberra) but it really is only 20 minutes and you're in the city centre. House was clean with excellent amenities. Host communicated well. We'd certainly stay again if we were ever in Canberra.

We had a comfortable stay. Accommodated the group well. There were 9 of us in total. I was under the impression there were 3 bathrooms but there was 2. Very clean and quiet.

Friends get together

10 couples had a great time at this lovely spacious house. Definitely only 2 bathrooms not 3 as advertised. Host very accommodating and accessible when contacted regarding some issues. More detail to cleaning, utensils and a little maintenance required.
