William is very friendly and approachable as he lives next door. William had chocolates and a complimentary bottle of red wine for us! It is a comfortable place for a small family or a couple and all the tourist sites are a short drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at Williams home. William is very welcoming and communication was excellent. The home is very comfortable and William goes above and beyond providing a fabulous array of breakfast items. It was also lovely to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh flowers on the table, such a lovely touch. Everything we needed was provided. The home is in a fabulous spot, walking distance to restaurants and the large shopping complex. Thank you William for a fabulous stay, we would definitely stay again next time we are in Canberra.We highly recommend.

My sister and I recently spent a wonderful 4 days in the Braddon district, thanks to William's great apartment. As other guests have commented, the apartment was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and a great shower. Opening the fridge we found eggs, bread, butter, spreads - made our shopping list considerably smaller, and a beautiful vase of lilliums graced the table.Pleasant easy 10 minute walk to major shopping centre, do try the Via Dolce cafe, very European.Thanks William for your hospitality!!

Perfect family accommodation Canberra.

Convenient quiet location, easy walk to Braddon shops and restaurants. Undercover off-street parking a great addition. William is the ultimate host, very welcoming and helpful not only on arrival but contactable throughout our stay. What a great spot. My family felt like they were staying in home away from home. Clean, well located, quiet and comfortable. Lovely fresh flowers when we arrived, bottle of wine, condiments for breakfast (cereal, including kid friendly options) bread, jam, butter, honey and so much of it. Not to forget the array of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I will certainly stay here again in future. Thank you!!

Very quiet and private with Canberra Centre just a hop and a skip away! Walked to war memorial from the unit. Easy walk. Host lives on property but non intrusive at all. Quiet Gem

This imaculately presented unit boasts peace and quiet and is tucked away off road with gated safety. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a beautiful array of flowers and treats. Goodies stocked for coffee and breakfast. Fantastic position with a small walk to the city shops and lovely parks. Hosts were exceptional and I would recommend this property to all, and would defiantly book again.

Braddon accommodation

The apartment was very comfortable and welcoming. There was a great stock of breakfast foods and beverages and the gorgeous vase of flowers and bottle of wine were appreciated. The only enhancements I would suggest are related to safety for elderly guests. A rail in the bathroom and next to the toilet would have made it more manageable for my 91 year old mother. But it was otherwise perfect for our family group.
