"The cabin was an excellent calming retreat listening to only the sounds of the birds and nature. The steps up to the cabins can be a bit steep (up to 30cm/ 12 inches) but assuming you are there to hike Park Tayrona it's a good warm up for the trails in the park. Breakfast and dinners were excellent and Kevin our front desk person, arranged an early breakfast so we could get to the hikes at break of dawn. "Well, I’m so happy staying in this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the whole hotel was clean. I was so excited about the buffet breakfast that was included just because is much easier to have your morning routine with a full belly. In addition this place is located very close to almost everything like restaurants, bars ,pharmacies etc. To conclude , I have to say thank you very much to all the staff. 100% perfect."

"The grand Marina hotel / apartments is a great place to stay. I speak poor Spanish and the staff was able to speak English which was great. The room was awesome. The property connects to the Marriott and shares its pool, bar, gym, and other amenities. I had a poolside massage which was phenomenal and inexpensive. The area of town is great, understanding that Columbia is quite poor. There is a grocery store one block away. Our room had a lot of space, good air conditioning, washing machine that also dried the clothes, kitchen, and living room with fantastic views. The views were phenomenal. It is not beachfront, maybe half a block from the beach, but it's so darn hot it was hard to spend much time on the beach for us. We had an issue with the fire alarm sounding and they took care of that promptly. There was also an issue with hot water in one of the two bathrooms and that wasn't resolved but also wasn't a big deal for us. A comment about the beach, it appears that one of the central waterfront hotels claimed the beach in front of it and patrols it. I went for a run early in the morning and was told to turn around so as not go on their beach. That felt weird coming from the US. I would definitely like to return to this place again, great place."

"This property was such a pleasant surprise. It ended up being my favorite stay of my whole trip. The staff is so attentive and you can't beat starting the day already inside the park. I transferred to Senda Watapuy because I thought it would be better with the pool but it was actually kind of a step down from Zirwa. Definitely would come back here! The only negative thing was the hot water went out. The staff immediately called someone to fix it (replace the gas) then it worked for 2 seconds and stopped again. It's not really a big deal though as hot showers are definitely more of a luxury here in Colombia."

"Villa Tayrona exceeded my expectations. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain and sky views. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. I had the arroz verde Tayrona with shrimp and a coconut limonada, and they were so delicious that I ordered them again the next night! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my stay. Lena made transportation from Barranquilla airport simple and stress-free and even arranged food and drinks for my late-night arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated how helpful everyone was with explaining local bus transportation, which turned out to be the easiest and most affordable way for me to get around. The location is perfect — within walking distance to Tayrona National Park. The friendly dogs and cats on the property made the experience feel even more warm and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colombia. 🌞💛"
