"This house was perfect for me and my family. The host Michael took care of all of my needs right away. It was close 2 very nice groceries stores . The only suggestion I have is to add more dishes, like a hand mixer, pots, pans, dishes towels, and wash clothes. I will definitely stay in the house again."

"Place is infested with German Roaches and ants. When we got there we pulled back the sheets to find hair and finger nails. When we made the manger of the property aware of this he put on more dirty sheets. The ac units were filled with black mold. Someone who claimed to be security but was not walked in the back door after putting a code in the door. We called the police who says that they are called to this property on a regular basis. "We rented the property and paid for the property om 1/31/24. I was told that we could check in at 4pm on February 14. We showed up at 4:20pm on the 14th. There was a car from New Jersey parked in the driveway. I attempted to contact the host and there was no response. "We enjoyed our stay, in spite of a few misgivings upon arrival. The yard, lawn furniture & front door looked neglected & we were concerned about the inside. But all was fine & all our basic needs were met during our stay. The bathroom was updated with a large, beautifully tiled shower. We didn't realize one side of the bed was up against the wall, so every time I would wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I had to climb over my husband to get out and back in. At my age & with knee replacements, that was not easy (my mobility is better than his). There was no way to sit & enjoy the lake view since our entrance was in the back of the house. Would have liked kleenex in the bathroom; also, coffee stirrers since a coffee pot was there for hot water & there were only 2 tea bags provided for our 4 night stay--more would have been nice, along with creamer for the few packets of coffee. We also didn't realize we would have to park in the street & not in the driveway. But all of this was minor to us. (Although someone could have a problem crawling over the other person in bed to get out.) We were not in the room all that much, so none of these issues affected our overall enjoyment, the convenient location & competitive rates of the room. Our host was very nice & cheerful. I'm sure if we had asked for some of the aforementioned items, she would have provided them, but we felt they were not worth bothering her. All in all, we were very satisfied!"
