Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren otelin tüm personeli çok güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcıydı sadece giriş yapmadan önce aradığımda ek yatak o tarihlerde mümkün olmadığını söyledikleri için üç oda satın aldım fakat otele giriş yaptığımız esnada odalardan birinin ek yataklı olduğunu görünce fazladan bir oda kiralamış olduğumuz fark ettik Hotels.com üzerinden bunu resepsiyondaki arkadaşa ilettiğimde yani isterseniz bir gece daha uzatalım indirimmizi de yapalım telafi edelim dediler çünkü ek yatakların yeni ulaştığı söylendi otele ama Temizlik on numara beş yıldız lokasyon on numara beş yıldız akşam yemeğimizi otelde yemeyi tercih ettik menü harikaydı lezzetler gerçekten harikaydı dediğim gibi tüm personel de çok ilgiliydi tekrar teşekkür ediyorum
