Only positive thing was the view of the hotel on the city and sea! All others accommodations were horrible! Nothing to use for cooking ! All misinformation on their site! Dirty, no towel no equipment for bed! Breakfast in a corridor! A real désastre! Do not waste your money either your time! I do not know why this hotel is on Expedia Hell no! Good trip to everyone

Betreff: Reklamation – Bitte um vollständige Rückerstattung wegen unzumutbarem Zustand der Unterkunft (Reiseplannr. 73205646999826) Sehr geehrtes Expedia-Team, ich habe über Ihre Plattform die Unterkunft Dort Mevsim Suit Otel, Barbaros Mahallesi Binboga Sokak No. 1, Çanakkale, 17100 Türkei, für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder mit der Reiseplannummer 73205646999826 gebucht. Der Aufenthalt war vom 12. August 2025 (Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr) bis 13. August 2025 (Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr) geplant. Leider musste ich bereits bei der Ankunft feststellen, dass sich die Unterkunft in einem stark mangelhaften und unhygienischen Zustand befindet, der nicht den Angaben in der Buchungsbeschreibung entspricht. Die gravierenden Mängel im Überblick (siehe angehängte Fotos): 1. Sauberkeit • Fensterbank stark verschmutzt, mit benutztem Papiertuch. • Küchenmöbel verschmiert und ungepflegt. • Abtropfgestell und Küchengeräte stark verschmutzt, teils mit Schimmel-/Schmutzablagerungen. • Kochplatte verrostet und stark verkrustet. • Kaffeekästchen staubig und verdreckt. 2. Beschädigungen • Vorhang aus Halterung gerissen. • Sockelleiste am Boden beschädigt. • Bettwäsche (Laken und Decke) mit Löchern. • Möbeloberflächen mit Kratzern und Flecken. 3. Allgemeiner Zustand • Mehrere Gegenstände sind alt, abgenutzt und nicht instandgehalten. Der Gesamtzustand ist für Gäste unzumutbar und entspricht in keiner Weise den Standards, die ich von einer über Expedia gebuchten Unterkunft erwarten kann. Ich

Dört Mevsim Suit Otel (out)

Otelin bulunduğu bina eskiydi. Doğru dürüst tabelası dahi yoktu. Konumla gitmesek o tabelayı asla göremezdik. Odalardaki mobilya ve kullanılan alet, gereçler de çok eskiydi. Televizyonun uydu alıcısının ve klimanın kumandası çalışmıyordu. Odaların temizliği vasat. Bir temizlik istedik o bile ertesi gün yapıldı. Onda da yalandan zemin silinmiş. Havlular değişmiş ancak ne yatak örtüleri ne çarşaflar ne de yastık kılıfı değişmişti. Aynı çarşaf ve nevresimleri 4 gün boyunca kullandık. Kahvaltısı ve orada hizmet veren personelleri iyiydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve saygılı idi onlara ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Bir daha gider miyim bu otele sanmıyorum.

Harika bir oteldi. Temiz , deniz manzaralı, geniş otorparklı, konforlü. Odadaki malzemeler yepyeni. Kahvaltısı çok iyidi ama bundan en önemlisi otel çalışanları gerçekten çok misafirperver ve ilgiliydi. Bir sonraki gelişimde tekrar oteliinizi tercih edicem. Çok teşekkürler .
