"It is a hidden gem- wonderful place, stunning view, gorgeous sunsets, great swimming pool with view, very friendly staff, but not speaking English at all 😊. The building of the hotel itself is not well maintained- shower nearly doesn’t work, one day no warm water, no electrical sockets, outside area beautiful but not maintained and therefore its potential is not utilized. No serving food, beside breakfast, which was very nice."

"Beste Unterkunft in der Gegend Wir haben zufällig die Unterkunft gebucht und waren so sehr begeistert, dass wir länger bleiben wollten. Das Hotel ist sauber, erst neu gebaut, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat das Gefühl als ob man die Familie besucht hat. "The only positive aspect of our stay was that the owner really tried but unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful: 1. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the restaurant and the service. The menu had very limited options and the staff failed to accommodate our dietary restrictions (due to health concerns). "This place exceeded our expectation. All the mod cons of a modern luxury hotel for a very reasonable price. This has got to be one of the best value hotels on Expedia. We booked the Gollipoli tour through the hotel and it was amazing, they picked us up at 9am and dropped us back at 5.30pm all incl.usive with a beautiful traditional köfte lunch and plenty of opportunity to buy souveniers. We saw everything from ANZAC Cove to the house that Ataturk stratagiesed his battle plans in. This tour is a must do for any visitor to this region. Staff were friendly and it's a great family environment, we stayed in 2 rooms as a family of 5. The resturant on the rooftop is good value and so is the Starbucks in the lobby. Make sure you pay a little extra when making your booking and take the breakfast option, it's worth it with hot foods, cerials, fruits and fresh daily breads. The photos don't do this place justice so I have included a few here. Thank you team, see you next time. Doğan & Family. PS: The beds were very comfortable, not sure why others have complained about them."

"Staff - Fantastic, especially their manager Nura Location - Not in walking distance to the city centre. There are a few malls nearby though. View is also facing residential buildings Room - We selected the most expensive room, junior suite. The room was on 6th floor and the lift access was until 5th. The room was build on the roof, so it has low ceiling which gave a negative outlook to it. However, the size was big, balcony was good and the bathtub was the reason we chose this hotel Price - A bit on the expensive side cimpared to other hotels in the city centre of Canakkale. In addition to that, we had to pay extra for one child. We came with 2 adults and 2 child (both 3 years old) and we took a junior suite room which was for 3 adults, so the hotel said that only one child was free while we had to pay for the other. Eventhough we were politely informed of this by the manager, we find the policy absurd as the room can accommodate 3 adults so it means 2 adults 2 child (3 yrs old) should be acceptable. Furthermore, we have had not issues with hotels we stayed in other cities of Türkiye, therefore we were unable to comprehend the policy of the hotel, but end up paying it though All in all, the warm reception we received from the hospitable staffs made our stay enjoyable. Having said that, we are not sure if we will return back to the hotel if the price and child policy remain unchanged. We wish them all the best"

"Loved it from start to finish. Quirky, retro hotel. Secure parking right outside the hotel. Got a free upgrade to a mini suite on arrival. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was great, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The icing on the cake was the extra mile the staff went, we had a tyre blow out soon after leaving the hotel, the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, calling companies to come out to us and replace it, thank you "
