"This rental home is located on a secluded road overlooking a nice countryside in Richmondville. The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side. The house is equipped with new appliances, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a laundry room area that came in very useful. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!"

This property was immaculate and well designed with bedrooms and full baths at opposite ends of the house and a large common area off the kitchen with decks. "This property was clean and sufficient for 6 people. The hosts were very responsive when a need arose. The only issue we had were the flying bugs that seemingly come out of nowhere at night when lights are on in the house. We had to make sure to keep all lights off when the sun went down to prevent the bugs from taking over. Other than that, we were satisfied with our week’s stay. The scenery is beautiful."

"We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. "The house is great! The house is off the main roads but still easy to get to everything! It had rained a lot and even snowed so ground was super wet, so unfortunately I didn’t get to see much of the spacious property! Check in was easy- communication with owner was great, and the beds were comfy! There are lots of movies, books, and games to keep you busy if staying in! Fully stocked kitchen was super useful!
