"The room was clean; however, the carpet was noticeably worn and detracted from the overall quality of the stay. It is in clear need of replacement."

"It is very helpful if the staff at the reception ne more welcoming and helpful . The bellboy was very energetic and welcoming. Rooms were not ready given a different room than what we booked. until 4pm. No apology. The management should be more attentive to matters. Good luck"

Staff was fantastic. the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the city for the weekend. they ended the stay with hold our bags for the entire rest of the day while we took advantage of a late flight home. Would highly recommend staying there to any of our friend or family going to visit Boston."
