"Place is amazing with backwater, lined by coconut trees, room was big with bigger bathroom. We had booked family room with triple bed, but during checkin we came to know it was without AC, we were given smaller room with AC at same price. There is mice issue, one of our suitcase which was open, mouse had paid visit to packed food kept in same. Other than location, rest seem passable for the amount they charge. "absolutely awful we booked deluxe double room we received a basic twin room with bed bugs, the facilities were non existent, no bar no restaurant no wifi no anything complained to the hotel manager and I will be writing to Expedia too., this hotel should not be advertised as it is because everything in the description about this property is lies."
