"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "Frindly family run hotel perfect location for the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Onsite restaurant run by a Debar lovely guy and very accomodating. Patenom is not as busy as its neighbouring resort Palolem beach, which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away with its many restaurants if you fancy something different of an evening . All in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel "

"Not overly big rooms but very cute, clean and very comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a walk from main street where shops/restaurants/beach is but free drop off service between 9-6pm, however late at night very difficult to find taxi/tuk tuk to take back."
