"I’m not sure this location should be rented out during peak winter months. Location lacks sufficient heater, must bring wood and axe and kindling. None of which was mentioned before I arrived. A hot tub was advertised in the listing. There is no hot tub on location."

"The Canaan apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen with gas stove, full size fridge and has enough counter space to cook. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The apartment is convenient to pizza, gas station/handy stop, Chinese restaurant, post office and hardware store- I walked to everything.
