"Overall, I give this stay 4 stars. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all wonderful. The hotel is pet friendly, which is a huge plus. My husband and I ate dinner one night in the Riverview and the food was great. We also ate breakfast in the Gun room and were impressed by what was provided with our stay. Yes, some of the rooms are small, but it is an old building so that is to be expected. Our two complaints for the trip were 1) the Riverview was closed to hotel guests one...

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we love it. The staff are so welcoming, the hotel is very cleanly. It’s such a nice place to relax and enjoy a little getaway with the family. Our only complaint is that both times we’ve gone, the pool has been too cold for the kids to enjoy. Which, is very minuscule, although disappointing. We will continue to visit this hotel on our weekend getaways though because everything else is top notch! "

"This hotel was recommended by family because it was clean and safe. They were right! Not only was everything perfect, but they also had a combination of firm and fluffy pillows on the bed. First time ive ever had this in a hotel. I will stay here again when i visit family. The only thing i would recommend, the anti slip treads in the shower need updating but there was a grab bar. This is my suggestion for almost every hotel but not a deal breaker."

"This cabin is so neat and unique! Three cozy stories beautifully decorated (the pictures don't do it justice). When we arrived the home was warm and cozy, lights already on. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit more and the view of the woods out back. Lynn has thought of all your needs ...stocked with toiletries, first aid, hair dryer, etc. I would not advise it for anyone with issues climbing stairs....the home layout means lots of stair climbing needed. Wifi...
