Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a beautifully finished basement, and breathtaking panoramic mountain views, this home is designed for unforgettable getaways. Relax with access to Waterville Estates` pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and more, all just minutes from premier skiing, hiking, mountain biking, lakes, golf, and the White Mountains` top attractions.
    The basement has wii games, dance dance revolution, exercise equipment and a jukebox cd player
    Thoughtful additions like hiking backpacks and microspikes will make your trip to the mountains as enjoyable as possible!

    PLEASE NOTE: the top level of the home has mini split air conditioners. The lower level does not have separate AC
    WINTER GUESTS: you will need awd/4wd vehicles to navigate the roads in Waterville Estates and access the home. The roads are well maintained, but some roads are steep and are usually snow covered as the community sands but does not salt roads.
