New hotel, functional, next to a shopping centre and close to the main road in and out of Campos. Very convenient . No ot a luxury botel but very convenient for the purpose

Gosto de muitas coisas no Tulip Inn de Campos dos Goytacazes. A proximidade com o shopping, a limpeza, o estacionamento. Para mim, desde sempre, o café da manhã deixa a desejar e o atendimento na recepção poderia ser um pouco mais atencioso. Ja fiquei lá outras vezes e o café da manhã nunca foi muito bom, com pouca variedade e qualidade não muito boa!

Gostaria de relatar um problema grave com o Wi-Fi durante minha estadia. O acesso à internet era fundamental para o meu trabalho, mas infelizmente o serviço oferecido pelo hotel não funcionou como prometido. Como a conectividade era anunciada como um dos principais benefícios, e considerando que precisei sair antes do previsto devido à ausência desse serviço essencial, acredito que seria justo o reembolso de parte do valor pago pela hospedagem. Fiquei bastante prejudicado e decepcionado, já que não tive acesso a tudo que foi oferecido e contratado.

Ótima hospedagem.

No geral uma ótima hospedagem. Apenas alguns detalhes como a altura dos travesseiros e algumas demoras na reposição de itens no café da manhã. Mas nada que torne a estadia ruim. Destaque para a isolação de ruído da janela, muito bom. Não se escuta o barulho advindo da pista próxima, que se trata da BR-101. Além disso, estar ao lado do maior shopping da cidade é um grande aliado.

Foi uma estádia de qualidade, entretanto, demoraram para limpar o quarto e o travesseiro não é tão confortável pela qualidade do quarto. O café da manhã é bom, mas não tem tanta variedades. O que mais desagradou na estádia foi a falta de opções no restaurante. É bem limitada.
