Chalé sem nenhum conforto, único sofá da sala está totalmente quebrado, ducha higiênica não funcionava, chalés germinados onde faziam barulho alto ao andar na parte cima. Café da manhã pedi mais pão de queijo pois duas pessoas possuíam alergia à glúten, estávamos em cinco e mandavam 4 mini pão de queijo. Ducha do banho parecia um cano. Chalé sem utensílios domésticos, pousada sem estrutura. Chalé apertado. Inconsistente com as fotos

Não compensa o custo benefício
Experiência bem razoável. Na verdade, entendemos que a pousada precisa de uma manutenção extensa, em especial no mobiliário do mirante e nas demais instalações. Em relação ao chalé que ficamos, entendemos que o custo benefício não compensava, talvez em razão pelos valores de Campos de Jordão. Achamos R$ 630 um valor caro pela diária considerando a expectativa do quarto. A cama é boa, os lençóis estavam limpos mas não tão cheirosos. O quarto após a arrumação diária ficou com um cheiro de eucalipto que nós não gostamos (mas é pessoal). O banheiro foi o maior ofensor em nossa opinião. De fato, se faz necessária uma reforma a fim de dar conforto. Banheiro gelado, feio e com cheiro de fossa (estava limpo mas o cheiro é estrutural). A equipe é super solícita para resolver os problemas mas por se tratar de problema estrutural, apenas uma reforma poderia ajudar. O café da manhã é ótimo, talvez o ponto alto da estadia

Uma pena a falha no último momento
Estadia de duas noites. A pousada é boa, o chalé é bom, a recepção é boa, a localização é boa, a vista é boa. O café da manhã no Restaurante Vivaah, cruzando a rua, foi excelente na primeira manhã. Após o café, nos informaram que no dia seguinte seríamos os únicos hóspedes da pousada, então o café seria servido no quarto, seriam oferecidas as comidas que pedíssemos. Não gostamos da ideia, mas para não nos indispormos com quem nos prepararia comida no dia seguinte, concordamos. Estava tudo bom até aí. À noite, me perguntaram por escrito sobre o que gostaríamos de comer na manhã seguinte. Eu listei coisas básicas, como café, leite, bolo, frios, suco de laranja, pão francês e pães de queijo. Na manhã seguinte, no horário combinado, nos trouxeram café, leite, suco de laranja, fatias de frutas, bolos e quatro fatias pequenas de um pão tipo italiano na chapa com manteiga. Trouxeram também queijo prato e queijo branco frescal. Não me pergunte o que fizeram com o pão francês e o pão de queijo. Um café da manhã de hotel sem pão francês e sem pão de queijo! Inacreditável!! De que maneira será que esperavam que comêssemos as fatias de queijo, sem oferecer o pão francês? Na saída, ao questionar na recepção, a funcionária habilmente fingiu demência, dizendo que houve um engano, encaminharam a mensagem a ela e ocorreu algum mal entendido (talvez alguém não saiba ler). Tristes, fomos embora. O feedback seria totalmente diferente se não fosse essa falha no último momento da nossa estadia.
