Embora hospedado em única noite podemos comtemplar bons momentos, como a vista de parte da cidade, desfrutar de excelente café da manhã, espaço amplo da suíte e espaço externo nas dependências do hotel e ainda conta com um Restaurante & Pizzaria anexo, facilitando para desfrutar ainda mais do local sem precisar de usar carro para se deslocar. Enfatizo para um ponto em especial: A cordialidade no atendimento pela recepção e direção, desde a pré-reserva até o check-out (alguns nomes: Maria, Ana, Gislaine, Joice...), destacando para a forma de conduzir quando precisei de forma atípico ao combinado, foram todos solícitos. Hotel com ótima localização em via principal da cidade, em frete ao acesso para Porto Iguaçu com inúmeras atrações que pode iniciar o turismo inclusive à pé (desde que tenha condições de andar), conseguirá passar pelo Cidade dos Romeiros e chegar ao Santuário de Aparecida e aproveitar as maravilhas que o local oferece. Desejo a todos que forem uma Boa Viagem e sejam Felizes!

E a segunda vez que fiquei nesse hotel. Dessa vez foi pessimo, desde a reserva uma confusão com a mesma, o hotel insistindo em cancelar pelo hotéis.com e fechar diretamente com eles. O atendimento na recepção foi horrível, 3 pessoas diferentes me atenderam, uma deu a ficha, outra a chave e a última a explicação bem mal. O quarto está com uma fronha suja, o tapete do banheiro também é papel higiênico todo molhado. Café da manhã bem fraco. Não recomendo, perdeu muito a qualidade e preço absurdamente alto pelo serviço.

Acesso a internet com varias opcoes, mas nenhuma funcionando corretamente. Sobre o Banheiro, é um local de temperaturas mais amenas, deveria ter um tipo de aquecimento melhor, nao sendo apenas um chuveiro simples e com pouca pressao de agua. Banheiro com odor desagradavel, parece que o cheiro de esgoto volta para debtro afetandp tambem o quarto. Sobre vagas de garagem, se era um quarto ainda em fase de finalizacao, deveriam comunicar no check in para evitar transtorno como ocorreu no nosso caso... pois a garagem ainda sem Piso... Na terra pura e sem condicao de uso...e pela aparencia das outras vagas acabanos por estacionar em vaga alheia e ainda pensando estar certo! ... vagas pequenas onde Veiculos nais altos e maiores nao tem condicao de manobras. Obs.; Devido ao proximo tópico... nao tiramos fotos... nao fomos registrar momentos ruins e nem defeito do local...fica apenas como Critica para malhorias.

Infelizmente, bem sujo

O quarto estava limpo porem sem lencol, banheiro muito sujo, tinha fezes de barata ou lagartixa no chuveiro e pia, no dispenser nao tinha shampoo, estava zerado, tive que pedir. O terraço nao tinha nem onde andar, sujo, alias, imundo de tanta fezes de pomba e tinha uma barata voadora, grande e ainda viva. 1 cama ficou sem lençol porqie nao entregaram. Em 2 pontos do quarto tinha fezes de barata/lagartixa ( escada e cabeceira da cama)

Foi muito bom. Gostamos bastante do hotel...e nossa filha se divertiu muito na piscina. Nao usamos a churrasqueira privativa, na verdade escolhemos esse por nao ter mais as outras opções. Mas pra quem for utilizar, é bem legal, bem espaçosa a varanda da churrasqueira.Os funcinarios sao bem atenciosos e o lugar muito bem organizado. Fucamos muito a vontade lá

Todos os anos ficamos em algum hotel em Aparecida e geralmente são fracos, esse ano foi a primeira vez que posso falar que acertamos no hotel, ambiente maravilhoso, excelente vista, camas ótimas, quarto muito confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso, sentimos falta de ter uma pequena mesa no quarto para trabalho ou até mesmo pequenas refeições, e também de um lugar para colocar as malas, o restaurante que eles recomendam (que não é do hotel) é muito fraco, mais no geral amamos nos hospedar, voltaremos mais vezes com certeza

Excelente!

Quarto super limpo, área de lazer maravilhosa, piscina linda, salão de jogos muito bom, para quem gosta de treinar, o hotel possui uma academia que não deixa na mão, café da manha completo, havia opção de tudo. Os recepcionistas me receberam muito bem! O hotel ficam bem de frente ao parque três pescadores, ao atrevessar a rua consegui fazer todos os passeios. Resumindo o hotel é maravilhoso!

Não gostamos das roupas de cama,não tinha cheiro de roupas limpas ,cama bem mal feita, chuveiro ruim , descarga com a tampa caindo , baratinha nos recepcionou quando chegamos no quarto,ar condicionado com a temperatura 18° começou a pingar , mas mudamos para 21° parou de pingar! Tapetinho na entrada do quarto horrível! Unica coisa que gostamos muito foi o café da manhã ! Nos indicaram o restaurante em frente ao hotel que eles tinham parceria ,não gostamos , muito ruim!

Decepcionante.

A roupa de cama e banho era muito ruim, o chuveiro não esquentava e tbm caía pouquíssima água, muito pernilongo no quarto, porém reclamamos na recepção e deram inseticida e resolveu o problema. O café da manhã tbm não tinha muita opção, inclusive não tinha nem suco de laranja. O frigobar estava ligado numa gambiarra, que ficamos com medo de pegar fogo. Essa foi a terceira vez que ficamos nesse hotel, das outras vezes não tivemos problemas, mas dessa vez nos decepcionamos, pois a qualidade caiu muito. Com certeza não nos hospedaremos mais nesse hotel. OBS. Não temos o que reclamar dos funcionários, pois foram muito atenciosos e prestativos.
