Hotel com uma estrutura antiga, porém confortável e com boa localização. Eles oferecem chá da tarde e caldo à noite como cortesia, achei essa atitude bem legal por parte do hotel.

O atendimento é bom, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom com variedade e tudo gostoso. Local bastante silencioso bom para descansar. O que deixou a desejar é a qualidade do quarto, muito antigo precisando de reformas e roupas de cama também bem antigas com aparência de encardidas, bem usadas. Banheiro estava limpo, mas é bem antigo.

Incrível

As instalações são antigas porém tem tudo o que precisa para uma ótima estadia. Funcionários atenciosos, a piscina é aquecida porém não vi ninguém usando(até porque estava bastante frio). Café da manhã maravilhoso. A tarde ainda servem um chá da tarde e a noite tem sopas/caldos. O acesso é por estrada de terra mas nada que atrapalhe.

Tudo perfeito!

Adoramos o hotel! Oferece tudo para que os hóspedes se sintam em casa. Limpeza impecável. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã muito farto, com várias opções de frutas, sucos, tortas salgadas, tortas doces, geleias e frios. A tarde oferecem lanche da tarde cortesia. Nós hospedamos na Páscoa, e eles deram para todas as famílias um ovo de Páscoa da marca de chocolate própria, delicioso! Parabéns a toda equipe pela gentileza e cordialidade! Todos foram super atenciosos. A localização é excelente, cerca de 5 minutos do Parque Capivari, praticamente em frente ao Bosque do Silêncio e cerca de 2 minutos da Ducha de Prata.

Viagem linda a Campos do Jordão

O hotel estava em manutenção, então eles nos transferiram para o hotel Terraza, que ficava pertinho do parque do silêncio. Gostamos muitodo hospital. As acomodações são perfeitas e o visual é incrível. Sem falar no café da manhã que é perfeito.

Nossa estadia foi muito satisfatória. Os quartos são básicos, mas não faltou nada, a pousada conta com uma decoração rústica muito agradável. Um espaço de muito verde e muito tranquilo. O café da manhã é excelente, e o grande diferencial está no chá da tarde, com bolos, geléias e torradas. Certamente retornaremos mais vezes.
