"We stayed at Ibis Jacareí for one night after visiting Guararema, on our way to São Lourenço, MG. Having previously stayed at Ibis São Bernardo do Campo, we expected the same friendly service, but instead, we encountered basic service, with staff appearing tired and showing no extra attention beyond the necessary. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, their lack of interest in helping was disappointing. Another issue was the parking fee. At check-in, we were told we had to pay, even though...

O cafe da manha é excelente com muitas opções , o restaurante tambem oferece almoço , jantar o que facilita porque não precisa sair para comer achei que falta algumas opções no cardapio mas fora isso tudo bem"
