Alto da Boa Vista: Comfort and Safety

Located in Alto da Boa Vista—one of the best, safest, and highest areas in Campos do Jordão—the home is surrounded by a spacious garden, providing the privacy many families seek. For those who value security, there are security cameras monitoring all entrances to the property.

Easy access via a paved road. Jacuzzi. 15 minutes from Capivari. Delivery services are available at the property. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, multiple routers.

Located on a lot of over 3,000 metres, it features a beautiful garden with large araucaria trees and various types of flowers and plants. The red lichens on the trees are a clear sign of the air’s purity (since they only grow in very clean environments), and nature is all around.

Facing a dining room with a glass front is a fire pit already built out of stones. In front of the house’s facade is a large deck—a great spot to take in the view of Pedra do Baú. The setting is mountainous.

The glass-walled room, located on the second floor, is perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons, as it gets quite cosy during those times. At night, on clear nights, you can gaze at the stars while lying back on the sofas.

There are three fireplaces in the house: in the living room, the dining room, and the film room. It’s wonderful to feel the warmth of the fire on cold nights, and guests often spend their evenings gazing at the flames.

The mattresses are new and high-quality, as is the bedding. All bedrooms feature blackout curtains to ensure the best possible sleep. The bath linens are all made of Egyptian cotton.

Bedrooms:
1. Master suite with a king-size bed. It also features a private living room with an electric fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a whirlpool tub.

3. Room with shared bathroom, queen-size bed.
4. Room with shared bathroom, two twin beds.

We provide bed linens and towels. Cotton blankets and portable electric heaters are available.

Private access to all areas of the main house. Guests will have private access to a large garden (shown in the photos), where they can enjoy leisure activities such as playing on the trampoline, having a barbecue, or relaxing on the lawn, etc. The garage is shared, and there are houses in the back that can be used by one or two people without interfering with the guest’s privacy; on the contrary, this will provide quicker solutions to any potential issues. On the other side of the house, there is a garden that is not yet ready to receive guests, as it still requires minor renovations. However, there will be no construction work or workers during your stay; as a precaution, it is recommended that you avoid this area—especially when children are present—and it is not included in the rental. There are signs indicating which areas these are.
