"This hotel has many nice things, including friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, free parking, and clean rooms. The room just feel a little old-fashioned. Also there are missing things that I expect in a 4-star hotel like kleenex and drinking cups. As well, the shower water wasn't very hot, and the bedside lights weren't good for reading in bed."

"The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. "

"Poor choice by us booked 14days left after 6 days .. beach like a builders yard .. only one Resturant for dinner buffet average quality and limited choice poor wine selection staff don’t want be there .. no restaurants near hotel all 30+ mins away and poor quality.. nice pool .. bar ran like a 1980’s place poor choice of wine no draught beer limited bottles.. breakfast same everyday limited fresh fruit mainly tinned stuff couldn’t stay in this time warp .foe 14 days . room supposed to be garden view mainly a bunch of pebbles and a row of scruffy trees … we had to leave "

"Loved our stay here! We wish we spent more time here, especially with the donkeys and kittens coming to visit us. Ms Giusy was so lovely and on hand for anything we could have needed. You do need a car and there is a motorway behind the property. Thanks for a great stay - we would definitely come back to visit! "
