One-bedroom apartment sleeps 3/5 + outdoor space The one-bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 5 people, features a large covered outdoor area of approximately 40 square meters, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners. Inside, it consists of a spacious double bedroom, with the option of adding a third bed thanks to its generous size, and an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with cylinder, freezer, and microwave. The apartment also features a television, hot/cold air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, and a bathroom with shower, fan, and electrical outlet. The entrance is on the ground floor and is accessible via just two steps. Guests also have access to a private parking space, while the washing machine and barbecue are shared within the residence, approximately 30 meters away.
