  • Comfortable two-room apartment located on the ground floor it has a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with an extra bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs a shading tent, a TV, and a reserved parking space about 300 meters away. The apartment is in the limited traffic area which can be accessed on the day of arrival and departure.
    The apartment is located very close to the center and a few steps from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The nice center offers every kind of the facilities , bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies. The beach, reachable in a few minutes on foot, is partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday without using the car.

Although the property was not right on the beach with a view as you might think from the description it was in a great location with an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Some things to be aware of are that there is no A/C, you have to pay extra to rent towels and bed linens, and the mattress is horrible. Overall, it was a great property to base out of for our stay as it provided easy access most things local. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the property hanging out it may not be as nice for that!Happy Travels!
