FOR RENT in Marina di Campo in characteristic Borgo Storico of the village, near the famous beach of Marina di Campo reachable with a very short walk, apartment type deluxe just renovated with fine materials and tastefully furnished to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building of which it retains the features such as large windows, granite thresholds and a beautiful patio also covered with granite from Elba.
The location is on the edge of the historic center and only 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Marina di Campo, which offers sloping seabed, golden sand, equipped bathing establishments, as well as various sports activities and boat excursions to the island of Pianosa.
The house inside consists of: living room with modern kitchen equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and induction hob, dining table and double sofa bed; a double camea, a twin bedroom arranged on two levels that give privacy and comfort even if used by 2 adults; large bathroom with walk in shower and fine finishes.
The house is equipped with TV, air conditioning and landeria corner with washing machine. The patio is furnished with garden furniture so you can also dine outside. Car parking is a few meters away; it is a public parking lot that charges an hourly rate during daylight hours.

Hochwertig und stilvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Pros: Wohltuend zurückhaltend gestaltetes Ambiente, gut zum Durchatmen. Die Heizung funktioniert gut, nur Pantoffeln sollte man in kühleren Monaten mitbringen wegen des traditionellen Fließenbodens. Durch eine Straße mit kleinen Wohnhäusern gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und zum Zentrum. Vor dem Haus ist nach Süd-Westen gerichtet eine schmale Terrasse, davor geht ein steiler Wanderweg hoch, der zu den weiteren Wanderwegen führt. Die Umgebung ist nicht ganz so malerisch wie im Stadtzentrum, aber für einen Kaffee oder ein Essen an der frischen Luft kann man gut dort sitzen.
