Quarto barulhento

O quarto era bem apertado e nos colocaram de frente para a rua principal, extremamente barulhento, ouviamos barulho de carro a noite toda. O Resto foi ok, limpo, com um bom café da manhã. A localização é razoável, logo na entrada da cidade. Mas com um bom estacionamento e seguro. É bom sempre solicitar um quarto de fundos.

Tudo perfeito, quarto limpo e funcional, funcionários espetaculares desde o coletor de resíduos, a camareira, as funcionárias da cozinha, os recepcionistas, o gerente. As toalhas são trocadas todos os dias, eu particularmente, prefiro economizar em casa usamos toalhas de banho por mais dias, rsrs Café da manhã maravilhoso e farto, ar condicionado, wi-fi em todos os espaços, piscina, academia e sem falar na localização que é perfeita...próximo do aeroporto e próximo do centro e outros pontos turísticos. Amei e pretendo voltar. Abraços à todos e a facilidade de fazer reserva e pagamento com a (Hoteis.com).

Péssimo atendimento

O quarto tinha móveis velhos. Banheiro parecia reformado, mas com muito lodo nos cantos. Atendimento na cozinha (café da manhã) nota 10, mas o atendimento da recepção nota zero! Deveriam contratar pessoas vocacionadas para o atendimento ao público. Inclusive deveriam perguntar do hóspede se há alguma preferência pelo tipo de quarto (andar alto, frente ou fundos, etc.). Não volto neste hotel e também não recomendo.

Incrível, nos hospedamos para um evento o dia todo, fizemos o check-out pela manhã e a recepção nos ofereceu guardar nossa bagagem até retornarmos e usar as dependências das áreas comuns até o horário que for necessário. Achei ótimo não ter que ficar andando com as malas pela cidade até a hora do vôo.
