"The apartment only had one roll of toilet paper for a four day stay. The host brought more after a day or so. The internet code was not provided at the apartment so we had to contact the host for that. It was a self check-in so we had to call for instructions on how to work the stove. Heat is controlled by the manager so that was a hassle. It was a nice apartment, it just could have been better supplied,"

Goede communicatie vooraf (snelle reacties), check-in verliep prima, check-out ook goed geregeld.In rustige omgeving, op loopafstand van piste, maar met de auto was net even iets comfortabeler (ivm lopen met ski's/skischoenen). "Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff went the extra mile every day. Our bathroom was showing its age with slow drains and a running toilet. We left a laptop there and were glad they notified us quickly. They use a service to ship items and I was a bit shocked to have to spend approx $200 USD. My mistake, but that seems excessive."
