Todos os anos viajamos com a família e adoramos essa casa, tinha muito espaço, lugar para todos, os quartos cuidados com carinho, cozinha completa com tudo que precisávamos e muito silêncio nos arredores.

A casa é ampla, limpa, tem de tudo e é completamente fiel ao anúncio. A paisagem da natureza, é linda também... Eu, minha família e amigos, amamos a estadia. Vai ser difícil encontrar outra no mesmo padrão. Fui muito bem atendida pela anfitriã, dona Isabel, e pelo Clemilson, quem nos recebeu. Aluguem sem medo. Pretendemos voltar em breve. Muito Obrigada!

A casa é interessante, tem bastante espaço para lazer como mostra o anúncio O local abriga uma família de caseiros que moram no mesmo espaço e não havia qualquer divisão ou restrição de acesso que estava alugando. Isso gerou um certo desconforto e constrangimento, pois não esperava alugar um ambiente “compartilhado” Um fato que nos chateou foi que o caseiro usar do portão eletrônico (principal) para sair com seu carro, isso causou barulhos e a saída do meu cachorro para rua e tivemos que sair desesperados para buscá-lo tirando a tranquilidade que almejávamos nessa estadia. Já aluguei outras casas aqui no Vrbo, mas confesso que foi minha primeira experiência ruim neste sentido. Acho que vale a atenção dos anfitriões para que não cause a mesma insatisfação dos próximos hóspedes.

Casa bonita, quartos bons, banheiros em número ideal, ambiente agradável próximo à um mercado, além da paisagem ser ótima. Pontos negativos foram, não ter guarda sol na área da piscina(para alguns pode ser incômodo)e um chuveiro nos quartos e a sauna não estavam funcionando e um dia choveu e a piscina não foi limpa ficando cheia de folhas. Apesar disso gostamos muito do local e indico à outras pessoas. A experiência foi gratificante.

Aluguei com um grupo de amigos para o final de semana, e toda a experiencia desde a chegada, até o uso do imóvel foram muito bons. Imóvel limpo, com varios banheiros, uma ótima churrasqueira e piscina, sauna muito boa, e o local em si é muito bonito. O contato com a proprietária foi sempre muito rápido e a mesma muito solicita. Não tivemos nenhum problema.

No site dizia ter: liquidificador ( estava quebrado), máquina de lavar louça ( quebrada),batedeira (não tinha) microondas ( quebrado) televisão nós quartos (quebrada e de tubo )horto! Televisão da sala (péssima tranissao),com um filho pequeno !!!! Dizendo ter todos utensílios???! Mentira!!! Faltou microondas liquidificador batedeira problema na descarga Única coisa melhor ... A estadia da minha família foi ótima. A proprietária Isabel é muito simpatica e sempre disponível para tirar todas as dúvidas. A casa é excelente e abriga confortavelmente todas as pessoas. Piscina excelente. O espaço é muito grande, onde as crianças podem brincar a vontade na grama. Casa tem todos os utensílios necessários. Com certeza voltarei.

Saimos muito satisfeitos com a casa, estavamos em 14 pessoas. Sei que algumas avaliações abaixo não são boas mas faço a propaganda de que os problemas foram corrigidos, não temos nada do que reclamar, 4 suítes com chuveiro quente, 2 geladeiras e fogão muito bons, churrasqueira, piscina show de bola, vista linda! Com certeza voltaremos, carta na manga para ir sempre que possível. Recomendo!

Imóvel grande, com uma bela vista porém com vários problemas. Fomos em 4 casais com crianças. Duas suítes estavam com chuveiros sem funcionar, e as outras duas estavam c chuveiro morno para frio, fora que a chave caia a cada 3 minutos de banho. Estava um frio absurdo nesse final de semana e isso não poderia ter acontecido. Inaceitável ainda mais com quem tem crianças. Ter que sair de um quarto pra usar o de outro casal para tomar banho e sair no frio. Geladeira não gelava, caseiro teve que ir duas x lá ligar e desligar o desjuntor para funcionar. Microondas não liga. E fogão mega ruim, se quiser ferver água tinha que começar 2 horas antes de tão fraco , 5 bocas e funcionava 2 e bem ruim. Isabel , proprietária, foi contatada várias vezes e apenas dizia que as coisas funcionavam e não acreditava. Não me deu a mínima atenção quanto a isso e nem se preocupou em perguntar se alguém foi lá para resolver. Chamei o caseiro e mostrei , o mesmo disse que um eletricista chegaria lá e não foi. E concordou que esses itens não estavam funcionando.

A casa é grande e bonita, piscina maravilhosa, porém os quartos separados não foram propícios, pois temos crianças pequenas. Alguns colchões de dormir não tinham condições, um tinha até pinos , que eu acredito que fosse para tratamento de coluna, porém o problema maior foi o caseiro, que abandonou a casa logo no primeiro dia em que chegamos e contratempos que seriam obrigações dele (ex: falta de energia em algumas ocasiões, lampada queimada), dentre outros, tiveram que ser solucionados por nós.

Passei Natal de 2016 nessa incrível chácara, e vamos agora para o réveillon de 2017. Ela começa pela Dona, a Senhora Isabel, super atenciosa, e cuida da chácara divinamente, a chácara está sempre limpa, muito bem cuidada, os caseiros são como devem ser, se precisamos estão lá, senão ficam na deles, as 4 suítes são separadas das áreas de diversão que pra mim é sensacional, quando alguém quer sair e descansar ou ir dormir simplesmente pode ir tranquilamente, a churrasqueira, piscina, sauna, sem comentários, são incríveis, sem contar o pôr do sol, espero passar muitas datas especiais com minha família nessa chácara linda.

Estive com minha família, adoramos a chácara, tudo organizado, limpo, em bom estado, uma vista maravilhosa, ótimo para descansar e curtir a família, enfim nosso final de semana foi perfeito! Os caseiros nos receberam muito bem e a proprietária sempre simpática, atenciosa, esclareceu todas as duvidas no período da locação. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!
