Horrible

The hotel need a refurbishment, everything was dirty. I stayed 5 nights and didn’t have my bed sheet changed when I asked they housekeeping said that they only change the sheets when requested.

Infelizmente, ao chegar no apartamento, nos deparamos com muitas baratas na cozinha. A cama era baixa e tinha um colchão mole, desconfortável. O estado do banheiro é péssimo. No geral, não dava nem pra saber se tava limpo. O café da manhã veio com pão francês aquecido no microondas e estava duro. O estacionamento não sabe como cobrar e devido a falta de comunicação entre os funcionários e entre o hotel, a cobrança foi duplicada, e não acompanhou o período que ficamos hospedados. Essa foi a segunda vez que ficamos no L'Hirondelle. Na primeira vez, o banheiro tinha comunicação com o quarto vizinho e foi muito constrangedor. Além dos mesmos problemas com limpeza, estacionamento etc. Um local que tem tudo pra ser 5 estrelas, está decaído por falta de manutenção e orientação. Os funcionários da portaria foram muito bons.

A pior estadia que já tive. Local e móveis antigos, microondas sujo e com um cheiro horrível e forte, toalhas com cheiro ruim impossível de usar (sorte que levei as minhas) l, coberta tbm com mal cheiro que acredito que tenha sido usada, banheiro que alaga quando toma banho, precisei solicitar um rodinho na recepção e usar as toalhas para secar o mesmo, pois estavam eu minha filha e minha neta de 2 anos, que poderia acontecer um acidente. Fui informada que nós alugaram um apartamento de cadeirante. Café da manhã tbm ruim. Não conseguiu suprir minhas necessidades, pois procurava um momento de descanso e conforto para o dia seguinte e passei por uma noite cansativa. Se não tivesse chegado tarde com uma bebê teria saído no mesmo momento. Não indico e acho uma falta de respeito com os hóspedes.

O quarto tem um tamanho bom, mas, o apartamento é muito antigo.A Tv não funcionou direito...A localização não é legal. Chegamos a noite e haviam muitas pessoas de rua pela redondeza...Ficamos pq só iriamos dormir e seguir viagem,mas, o local é esquisito e o estacionamento é pago.

A propriedade por sua característica de flat, oferece um bom espaço, inclusive com cozinha. Entretanto fiquei no nono andar, fundos é bastante barulhento a noite inteira, a televisão não funcionou, não foi possível consertar e nem foi oferecido outro apto. o café da manha no domingo é mais tarde, isto atrapalha os usuários que vão sair cedo da propriedade. Mas acredito que se usar os apartamentos de frente para rua. pode ser uma opção de estadia.
