A estadia e o lugar são muito bons. O problema foi ter nos colocado em um quarto com obra ao lado. O cheiro da tinta, bem como o movimento da obra, não foi muito confortável.

Hotel extremamente limpo, monitores muito atenciosos ( para crianças), comida bastante variada e caseira, ótima localização. Foram dias tranquilos e festivos ( o Mantovani tem programação com música a noite). Nosso único “ aquém” foi - quarto e banheiro gelados e, em alguns momentos de banho, notamos que a água da chuveiro não esquentava tanto. Em outros sim.

Em geral foi muito bom, gostei da piscina e de todas as refeições, estavam ótimas. Só uma sugestão seria deixar disponível nas televisões dos quartos alguns streamings. Ajuda em períodos de chuva, pra aproveitar melhor a estadia.

Melhor hotel de Águas de Lindóia , já me hospedei por 5 x e voltarei quantas mais eu puder . Em nenhum hotel 5 estrelas desfrutei de uma piscina aquecida como aquela. E o atendimento não fica atrás , sentimento é de serem todos da família , aquela família que cuida e acolhe. Obrigada a todos !

Muito barulho. Minha esposa e eu não conseguimos dormir. Não há isolamento acústico e já muito reverb nos corredores. Funcionários da limpeza conversando. Após as 23h eu ainda escutava música sem saber a origem. Buffet com poucas opções e a reposição foi demorada.
