  • You can enjoy the mountain views while listening to the birdsong, in harmony with nature.
    In the late afternoon, you can enjoy the sunset view both from the exterior of the residence and from the solarium.
    The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites (4 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 extra double mattress and 1 single mattress), THEREFORE IT HAS CAPACITY FOR ONLY 14 PEOPLE.
    Living room and fireplace room, gourmet kitchen, games room and cable TV, swimming pool measuring 12x6 metres (0.50 to 2.00 metres deep), sun deck, barbecue area with pizza oven and wood-burning stove for excellent outdoor gatherings. Wi-Fi in all common areas of the house, parking for 8 cars. Smoking or similar substances is not allowed inside the residence. ORGIES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AND THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY.
    The camera monitoring system is installed only in the external areas of the property.
    Located 3.8 km down the Russolandia road is the Russolandia Marina where you can practice wakeboarding.
    The property is also equipped for your home office amidst nature, with weekly daily packages available; please consult the host.
