The neighbourhood is residential, tree-lined and with easy access to the main roads of Jundiaí such as 9 de Julho Avenue and the city centre, perfect for both those who come for work and those who want to explore what the city has to offer. The property welcomes you with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the condominium has a mini market, sports court and a small park for your leisure.
