Primeira impressao do local nao e boa mas o hotel e otimo, bem conservado. O elevador estava quebrado no primeiro dia e isso gerou um mini caos, que depois foi resolvido. De maneira geral foi tudo certo!

Quarto confortável e limpo. Bom café da manhã. O que pode melhorar: aparentemente, o edredon não estava tão limpo quanto os lençóis; apenas um elevador em funcionamento (gerando filas); não tinham toalhas de rosto; mais opções de jantar (pizza?).

Somente o café da manhã compensa

O café da manhã era excelente, mas o conforto da cama era terrível, mesmo ficando no quarto luxo. O vaso sanitário do nosso quarto ficava sempre entupindo, e a manutenção do hotel não conseguia resolver satisfatoriamente e ficou com problemas durante todos os dias que ficamos lá. O cartão da portão desmagnetizava toda vez que saíamos do quarto. Toalhas muito velhas, amarelas. Mesmo estando no centro da cidade, quarto bastante silencioso.

Sobre o hotel em sim, diria dentro do padrão Sobre o Elevador, pior experiência da vida Eu, esposa e filhas ficamos presos dentro do elevador... Sem subir ou descer... Não possuía sistema de troca de ar... Extremamente sufocante... Pior experiência da vida, no final o serviços gerais nós alertou sobre o elevador com defeito porém ainda assim o hotel não nos avisou... Recomendação a todos, vão de escada... Ficamos apavorados com elevador, minha família sequer consegue adentrar em um outro
